How it works

We choose the safest delivery method for your order.

Orders placed online are assigned to either TurfWorld transport or a third-party pallet courier. The most suitable method depends on the order and delivery address.

Deliveries are available to mainland UK postcodes only and are made kerbside. Please tell us about access restrictions in the delivery notes when ordering.

Delivery methods

What to expect on delivery day.

TurfWorld transport

Our heavy goods vehicles are approximately 10 metres long, 2.55 metres wide and 3.65 metres high. A rear-mounted forklift is used for unloading where access and ground conditions allow.

Products cannot be lifted over fences or hedges.

Pallet courier

Courier orders arrive on a pallet and are unloaded kerbside with a pump truck. Pump trucks require a level, firm and hard surface and cannot travel over gravel, grass or soft ground.

Courier operations are outside our direct control.

Planning installation

Book labour after your delivery arrives.

Delivery may take place at any time between 06:00 and 17:00. We cannot accept liability for labour or gardener costs caused by delivery timing, so arrange installation only after the goods have arrived and been inspected.
